what it is
Ripple Sessions are two complimentary senior portrait sessions offered each month to high school students in Astoria and surrounding North Coast communities.
They’re designed to make senior photos accessible to any student who wants them — no application, no income requirements, no spotlight. Just a simple, genuine opportunity to be celebrated during this season of life.
why it exists
This coast has given me so much — inspiration, community, belonging.
Ripple Sessions are my way of giving back.
Like ripples in the tide — one moment of kindness creating another.
how it works
& what's included
- Two complimentary sessions are available each month during the school year.
- Open to all seniors attending high school in Astoria, Warrenton, Seaside, and nearby coastal towns.
- Students (or school counselors/teachers) can fill out the interest form to reserve a spot.
- No essays, no selection process — just first-come, first-served with a few spots reserved each season for students nominated by their schools.

- 45-minute portrait session in Astoria or nearby
- 20-30 retouched images
- Private online gallery with free downloads for printing and sharing
- Styling tips and location guidance
- Yearbook submission assistance (if needed)
Ripple Sessions are available from March through November, with flexible scheduling to fit around school and activities.
If sessions fill up for the month, you’ll automatically roll into the next available date.
